Bettroi's AI Avatar Studio integrates HeyGen's photorealistic avatar engine with ElevenLabs' voice cloning into a single branded platform. Your face, your voice, your message — produced at scale, without a studio, crew, or edit suite. Clients interact entirely with Bettroi's product; HeyGen and ElevenLabs operate invisibly in the background.

Each client undergoes a one-time avatar creation session. From that point, the subscription delivers fully produced 30-second videos — in up to three languages — every month. Approve a script, and the platform handles everything else.

07 — Terms & Conditions

AI Avatar Studio — Service Agreement

Avatar Ownership: The AI avatar model is created exclusively for the subscribing client and will not be shared, licensed, or repurposed for any third party for the duration of the active subscription.
Consent Requirement: Avatar creation and voice cloning require a signed Digital Consent Agreement prior to any recording session. Production begins only upon receipt of signed consent.
Content Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all approved scripts. Bettroi does not verify claims made in video content produced on the client's behalf.
Script Approval: All scripts — whether AI-generated or client-submitted — require written client approval before production begins. Post-approval changes are treated as revision requests and billed accordingly.
Revisions: Each video includes one complimentary revision (script or pacing adjustment). Additional revisions are billed at USD 150/hr. Aesthetic or background change requests are treated as new production.
Subscription & Billing: Billing commences on the date of first video delivery. Monthly plans renew automatically. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days from activation.
Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the next billing date. The avatar model is deactivated upon cancellation. Delivered videos remain the client's property.
Unused Credits: Unused monthly video credits do not roll over. Additional videos outside the plan may be purchased at USD 50 per video on request, subject to availability.
Technology Dependency: This service integrates HeyGen and ElevenLabs APIs. Bettroi will not be liable for delays caused by third-party platform outages. Affected slots are rescheduled at no additional charge.
Intellectual Property: All delivered video files are the property of the client upon payment. Bettroi retains the right to display anonymised production samples as portfolio examples unless the client opts out in writing.
Confidentiality: All brand briefs, scripts, and client materials are treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request at no charge.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Proposal valid until 7 May 2026.
VAT: VAT (5%) will be applied on Tax Invoices as per UAE Federal Tax Law.
