Continuous support with defined Service Level Agreements:

Total Package Cost: $12,500 USD (500 hours × $25/hour)
This proposal outlines the scope of work for the AI-Integrated Kitchen Management System as described in Sections 4-5. Any additional features or changes requested outside this scope will be subject to separate quotation and agreement.
The project duration is estimated at 6 months (12 two-week sprints) from the project kickoff date. Timeline may be adjusted based on client feedback cycles and requirement changes.
Payments are due within 15 business days of invoice date. Late payments may result in project delays. Bettroi reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue by more than 30 days.
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables will become the property of the client. Bettroi retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or libraries used in the project.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. A separate NDA can be executed if required.
Bettroi provides comprehensive support as outlined in Section 11. Post-support period, maintenance and enhancements will be charged separately.
Client will have 7 business days to review and accept deliverables for each milestone. Non-response will be considered acceptance.
