1. Project Overview
Development and integration of an AI Relationship Counselor module for CheriPic, aimed at supporting secure, serious matchmaking. This module will provide AI-guided interactions, voice and chat support, behavior analysis, and will prioritize privacy for female users.
2. Scope of Work
- Integrate AI Relationship Coach (text + voice)

7. Client Responsibilities

- Activate payment gateway (Stripe/Razorpay) for transactions
8. Legal & Warranty Terms
- Quotation valid for 30 days from issue date
- 3-month complimentary bug support post-launch
- 30% deduction on cancellation after project initiation
- Complete source code ownership transfers to client upon final payment
- All amounts exclusive of 18% GST (as per Indian tax laws)
9. Performance Note
The system is optimized for up to 100 concurrent users in the initial deployment. The architecture is designed to be scalable and can be expanded to handle increased traffic as needed.
