QS engineers are the single point of dependency for every estimate. They are expensive, their turnaround takes days, and their availability limits how many projects your firm can pursue at once. Salespeople cannot self-serve — they wait. The QS is accurate and trusted, but the process does not scale.

Human Review Layer (Phase 1)

A QS engineer or senior estimator reviews AI-generated BOQs before client delivery — building trust in the output before going fully autonomous.

AI Training on Real Project Data

Client provides sample project briefs and existing QS-produced BOQ outputs. This data calibrates the AI to match the firm's specific pricing norms and standards.

Consistent & Auditable Estimates

Every BOQ is generated from the same rate database and measurement logic — eliminating human variance and making estimates auditable and repeatable.

Client Margin Control

Phase 2 — Productise & Scale

After 6 months, if Phase 1 succeeds, the client may invest in converting Cre8 into a commercial product — with an SME collaborating with Bettroi to perfect and potentially license the platform.

Data Security & Isolation

All project data, client info, and BOQs stored with enterprise-grade encryption. Shareable links are read-only access tokens. Organisation data is fully isolated.

Role-Based Access & Audit Trail

Team members invited by email with defined roles. Complete activity log tracks all project actions with timestamps and user attribution.

Usage-Based Cloud Costs

AI API and cloud infrastructure costs scale with usage — paid directly by the client to the cloud provider. No hidden platform fees beyond the agreed monthly retainer.

07 — Terms & Conditions

Engagement Terms

This proposal is valid for 60 days from the date of issue (valid until 7 May 2026). After this date, pricing and timelines are subject to revision.
The 50% advance payment of AED 20,000 is due within 5 business days of written acceptance. Development commences upon receipt of advance payment and client-provided sample BOQ data.
Client agrees to provide sample project inputs and QS-produced BOQ outputs (minimum 3–5 project samples) within 7 days of project kickoff for AI calibration and training.
The monthly retainer of AED 2,500/month commences from the date of production go-live and is billed monthly in advance. 30-day notice required for cancellation.
Heavy AI usage (large-scale bulk BOQ extractions, drawing analysis at volume) incurs cloud infrastructure costs billed directly to the client's cloud account based on consumption — not included in the monthly retainer.
Optional modules (MEP Estimation, Team Collaboration, White-Label Reports) are scoped and priced separately via a written change request prior to commencement.
Source code is transferred to the client upon receipt of the final milestone payment. Monthly retainer covers ongoing hosting, support, and AI services — not source code modifications.
Bettroi provides a 60-day warranty post go-live covering bugs attributable to our development. Modifications to scope post go-live are charged at standard rates.
Phase 2 (productisation and commercial licensing) is subject to a separate commercial agreement negotiated after Phase 1 completion. A dedicated SME from the client's team is required for Phase 2 engagement.
All work is performed remotely. Bettroi FZE is registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (Trade License: DTEC-51432).
VAT: VAT (5%) will be applied on Tax Invoices as per UAE Federal Tax Law.

Acceptance

By signing below or confirming in writing, the client acknowledges agreement to the scope, timeline, and commercial terms set out in this proposal (Ref: SAL-QTN-2026-00006).
