Validate that Cre8 produces fast, reasonably accurate, and consistent BOQ estimates. The client provides sample project inputs and existing QS-produced BOQ outputs — this data trains and calibrates the AI to match their specific standards. A human reviewer signs off at the end to build confidence.
If Phase 1 succeeds (~6 months), the client may choose to invest in converting Cre8 into a full commercial product. A dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) from the client's team collaborates with Bettroi to perfect the platform — with a view to licensing or selling it within the industry.
Accuracy improves through real project data: the client shares typical project briefs alongside the BOQ estimates their QS engineer produced — this becomes the training dataset. Over time, the AI learns the firm's specific pricing norms, material preferences, and measurement standards.
Cre8 enables users to upload 2D/3D design files, floor plans, or mood boards and have the AI automatically extract materials, room dimensions, quantities, and specifications. The platform maintains a live UAE AED rate database, supports RICS/NRM measurement standards, complies with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations, and delivers professional PDF/Excel BOQ reports for client presentation.

The AI Tariff Engine is a scheduled background service that monitors construction material market indices — including Gulf region commodity prices, import costs, and labour rate benchmarks — and automatically updates the platform's rate database on a defined schedule. This ensures all BOQ estimates reflect current market conditions without manual intervention.
The platform supports two levels of rate template upload — Admin (master) and User (organisation-level) — allowing bulk population and updates of the rate database without manual line-by-line entry.
Each project is assigned a luxury level at creation. The platform applies tier-specific material substitutions and rate multipliers to produce accurate cost ranges aligned with the project's finish quality expectations.
