A Seamless Cognitive Assessment Experience

LimitlessBrainLab patients deserve a frictionless assessment journey — one where cognitive evaluations happen within a familiar, trusted environment, without redirects or separate logins. This integration makes that a reality.

Bettroi will integrate the Ivory Cognitive Assessment API into the LimitlessBrainLab.com platform using the Embedded Magic Link approach. Patients are automatically registered on Ivory when they sign up on LBL, assigned assessments through the LBL portal, and taken through a fully in-app iframe experience — no separate Ivory credentials, no redirects.

Domain scores, progress charts, and co-branded PDF reports from Ivory are surfaced directly in the LBL dashboard, giving Dr. Sweta a complete picture of each patient's cognitive trajectory over time.

API Authentication & Patient Auto-Registration

Configure Ivory Partner ID and API Key. Auto-create Ivory patient accounts on LBL registration — zero manual steps for Dr. Sweta or her patients.

Assessment Selection UI within LBL Portal

In-portal product selector: CANTAB Insights, Cognitive Assessment Profiler (DIY), GAD-7, and PHQ-9 — patient selects, system triggers assignment via Ivory API.

Magic Link Generation & iframe Embed

Pre-authenticated Ivory magic link generated per session, embedded as iframe inside LBL — patients complete assessments without any separate login or page redirect.

Real-Time Assessment Status Tracking

Live status displayed on each patient's profile: Not Started / In Progress / Completed / Report Ready — powered by Ivory's hosted detail page API.

Multi-Session Progress Charts & Co-Branded PDF Reports

Domain score comparison charts across sessions. Co-branded PDF reports (with LimitlessBrainLab logo) pulled via Ivory's report API and available for download per session.

Full QA on Test Environment + Production Deployment

End-to-end quality assurance on Ivory's sandbox environment, followed by live production deployment with real credentials and go-live sign-off.

04 — Security & Compliance

How Patient Data is Protected

API Key Isolation

Ivory Partner ID and API Keys stored server-side only — never exposed to the browser or patient-facing interfaces.

No Ivory Credentials to Patients

Patients never see or receive Ivory login credentials. All Ivory access is mediated exclusively through LBL's authenticated session.

Encrypted Transit (HTTPS)

All API calls to Ivory are made server-to-server over HTTPS. No patient data traverses an unencrypted channel.

iframe Sandboxing

Ivory assessment iframe is sandboxed with strict Content Security Policy headers — preventing cross-origin data leakage.

Session-Scoped Magic Links

Each magic link is one-time and session-scoped — expires after use, preventing replay or link-sharing attacks.

LBL-Only Access Control

Assessment assignment and result retrieval are gated behind LBL's existing authentication — no new auth surface introduced.

User Account Separation

Ivory user management stays within the Ivory dashboard. LBL dashboard does not expose Ivory user counts or raw records.

Existing Payment Gateway

Patient payments use LimitlessBrainLab's existing payment portal — no new payment surface, no additional PCI scope introduced.

Working Days

Total delivery from project kickoff. Timeline begins upon receipt of production Ivory credentials, LBL logo assets, and UI/UX sign-off from Dr. Sweta. Test environment integration begins immediately.

07 — Terms & Conditions

Engagement Terms

This proposal is valid for 60 days from the date of issue (valid until 7 May 2026). After this date, pricing and timelines are subject to revision.
A signed engagement letter or written acceptance (email) constitutes a binding agreement to proceed on these terms.
The 50% advance payment is due within 5 business days of acceptance. Development commences upon receipt of advance and all required inputs from Dr. Sweta.
Required inputs from Dr. Sweta to initiate work: Ivory production API credentials, LimitlessBrainLab logo assets (PNG/SVG), UI/UX wireframe sign-off, and access to the existing payment portal API.
Ivory subscription fees and per-assessment charges are payable directly by Dr. Sweta / LimitlessBrainLab to Ivory (liveivory.com) and are not covered by this engagement.
Any work outside the six defined deliverables will be scoped and priced separately via a written change request before work begins.
Source code for all custom integration work is transferred to LimitlessBrainLab upon receipt of the final milestone payment.
Bettroi provides a 30-day warranty post go-live covering bugs directly attributable to our integration code. Changes to Ivory's API post go-live are outside warranty scope.
LimitlessBrainLab retains responsibility for ensuring the Ivory partnership agreement is executed with Ivory directly to unlock production API access and co-branding.
All work is performed remotely. Bettroi FZE is registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (Trade License: DTEC-51432).
VAT: VAT (5%) will be applied on Tax Invoices as per UAE Federal Tax Law.

By signing below or confirming acceptance in writing, Dr. Sweta Adatia / LimitlessBrainLab acknowledges agreement to the scope, timeline, and commercial terms set out in this proposal.
