LimitlessBrainLab.com has been built to near-completion — patient journeys are functional, Neuro assessments are integrated, and the clinic portal structure exists. However, the platform currently lacks the command-centre layer that ties everything together: a super admin dashboard that gives Dr. Sweta real-time visibility across all clinics, all assessment orders, all user activity, and all revenue streams — with the ability to enable or disable features for any clinic at any time.
Without this layer, onboarding a new clinic requires manual configuration. Adding a new assessment provider (Ivory, CogniFit, or future partners) requires development intervention. And the three other web properties — the Shop, the Academy, and the personal brand site — operate in complete isolation with no data flowing into the platform's analytics. This change order addresses all of it.
The LBL platform operates on a three-tier access model. Every feature, every service provider, and every data view is controlled by the layer above it. The Super Admin sets the rules; Clinic Admins operate within those rules; Patients experience only what their clinic has enabled.

Feature Enable/Disable operates at two levels: (1) Global defaults set by Super Admin — applied to all newly created clinics automatically; (2) Per-clinic overrides — Super Admin can enable or restrict individual features for a specific clinic during or after onboarding. Changes take effect immediately without system restart.

This document covers the technical scope for the LBL Admin Dashboard change order. Commercial terms, pricing, and payment schedule are covered under a separate commercial proposal. Ivory API integration (currently in progress) is not included in this change order scope. Decode My Brain integration will be scoped separately when the commercial arrangement between entities is confirmed. Proposal valid 60 days from date of issue — until 7 May 2026. VAT (5%) will be applied on Tax Invoices as per UAE Federal Tax Law.
